This office only gets 2 stars bc the office staff was accommodating and diplomatic to the best of their abilities. After my insurance assigned me to Dr. Dyer, I made a new patient appointment for the next week. I subsequently had to “re-schedule” that Wednesday appointment, until that Friday, bc I wasn’t feeling well. I tested positive for COVID the next day. I was basically told I was lucky they rescheduled me the first time considering I was a new patient, and they would need approval from Dr. Dyer to reschedule me again….. She denied me an appointment. According to these reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet. So, thank you COVID. Just nonsense…..

The afternoon of 7/21 Gary was seen by Rochelle for knee pain. She prescribed medicine to be filled at Walmart. It was getting close to the office closing and no medicine called in so I called the office and was told it wouldn't be called in for 24 to 48 hours. This is protocol for refills and not new prescriptions. I said "that's bullshit" and hung up. Another staff member called me back and said I was cussing the staff. She had no right to call and harass me. It is not ideal practice. The comment in no was directed at the staff but a statement comment. Several days later we get a letter from Rochelle saying because we cussed the staff she would no longer see us as patients after 10 years. Never heard our side of incident.

I’ve never encountered a provider who listened as well as Rochelle, so glad I found her. I highly recommend this office for your primary care needs.

Called for Billing email for a client, was on hold for 11 mins apparently only 2 people have this info. Finally, she picked up the phone and said are you still there, I said yes, after 11 mins, she said I am the OWNER what the HELL do you want me to do? I said well it certainly doesn't require profanity, then she hung up! WOW

I had a wonderful experience here! I had my new patient intake and the nurse practitioner was so personable and made me feel so comfortable. The nurses at the front desk were also very kind and helpful. I got an appointment quickly and got my blood drawn the next day. 10/10 would recommend :))
