Robson Family Dental

I was very disappointed in my customer service experience with Robson Family Dental. I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance and was called upwards of 6 times during that month as several different people kept asking for my insurance information. I also tried to say multiple times that I am transgender and prefer to be called "Valerie" and was still dead-named in every interaction I had with this company. I simply ended up cancelling my appointment when they said I would have to pay out-of-pocket despite having valid insurance.

The staff was efficient and great. Saw Dr. W and he gave me great advice on my dental issues. The care I received from Ioana and Kaleigh were exceptional.

VERY rude and unfriendly receptionist. Called to simply have my x-rays transferred to a new dentist and I was questioned and hounded by her about my mother's balance from years ago like it was my responsibility to pay for it. Information that should have remained confidential. First off, she tried to scam me and said the outstanding balance was under my name.. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent behavior.

We have been going to this office for several years. Always very informative and thorough. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always able to fit us in whenever we have a special need. We highly recommend this office for your whole families’ dental needs.

I had a really great dental experience, which seems pretty rare! Everyone was really friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They even have TVs mounted to the ceiling above the dental chair that you can watch while they work with you. Pretty awesome!
