We arrived too early so had to wait a bit -- our fault. They were running about 30 min. late which isn't too terrible. Dr. Hovancsek was very professional and tolerated our questions well. We're new patients, so don't have a track record yet. However we are optimistic. Office and nursing staff are pleasant and indulgent. Also, his patients in the waiting area were in great moods -- that says a lot, too.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. My whole experience was excellent. The doctor really listens and responds as one adult to another. Very helpful.

Great experience! Was seen by appointment time. Kind office staff from Jane at front desk, to medical assistant MJ, to Dr Hovancsek. They are all very accommodating & explained each step along the way. Glad I chose this office and Dr Hovancsek for all my Podiatry foot/ankle & surgery needs..

This is not so much a reflection on Dr Hovancsek but his scheduling department. I was told I needed to have a Tailors bunion removed in September, but scheduling department has never called me to set up this surgery. I have called the office several times and was told from scheduler that I was in group 4, she never explained to me what that meant and that basically they would be in touch and that I didn’t need to call again. Have yet to hear from her. So, is group four the month of April or has scheduling department lost my paperwork.

Warm, caring, professional and with the compassion and empathy one always hopes for but rarely sees in these times. This doctor and staff are wonderful folks; 5 stars all the way!
