We were barely greeted by the front desk staff, and the TV was blaring the Paw Patrol too loudly. Our appointment was 15 minutes behind. A friend of mine was my son's dental tech for the day which was great, and she did just fine. She did fabulous and really made my son feel special and great. There was a person in training and we were not asked if she could follow along and she did not introduce herself until I turned around because I felt someone following me. The dentist who came in, I barely remember him because he was in so fast. I don't even remember his name. He was not as thorough as the dentists at Small to Tall Pediatric Dentistry in Olympia. Where we used to go before we lost our private insurance. He was in such a rush that even if I had a question for him, I'm not sure he woul

First time here after being somewhere else for a few years. We had a change of insurance and they got my child in quickly for the first appointment. The wait time to get called back and see the dentist was a little longer than we are used to but the care was great and the dentist was so kind and they helped make my little very comfortable. Overall a good first experience here.

Everything seemed great. Everyone was super nice. Seemed cleaned if not very fast paced and busy. My son got referred here for cavities in between his molars. We got them fixed. Everything was golden. Until 6 months later when I take him to his regular dentist and they ask if I took him to get the work done. They didnt get 4 cavities which are now way worse and require much more then a little filling! Im absolutely livid. Dont go here. Its not worth it! Missing 4 cavities isnt an accident... especially when another dentist already seen them.

They are so sweet and patient with my son who is 3 and on the spectrum. My son had new doctors/assistants every visit and each of them were amazing and accommodating. Everyone is kind at the front desk as well and my son genuinely feels as comfortable as possible every time. They never push unnecessary procedures (which unfortunately I grew up with elsewhere) and are very gentle. 10/10 recommend this place especially if parents with autistic children, are a bit weary of where they want to bring their child to the dentist. I wanted to add, they always get my son in very promptly! Sometimes even next day.

Do not go to this place unless you wanna be let down. I’ve been here for years. After i birthed my child, I came to them, telling them that my gum is receding on my bottom teeth, and they bleed every single time i brush my teeth no matter how gentle i was. They said “Oh everything is fine, just keep brushing” Oh so keep brushing like i have been? okay. 6m- 1 year later same issue, but worse, my bottom gum has receded so much more, the entire 2 front teeth are pretty much exposed. they then wanna tell me i have some sort of gingivitis in my gums and I needed special cleaning on the receding teeth. So they FAILED to tell me that previously when I TOLD THEM the same exact issues. I also hear from many other people, how crappy this place is. Stop coming here. especially don’t bring he kids the
