I’ve been managing chronic shoulder pain for the last several years. Occupational and physical therapy have helped in the past. Now I will add Tess to the list of what helps lessen the pain. She listened, evaluated, and taught me some stretches to do at home to help. It is obvious she has a huge heart to help people and she is just the kind of healthcare advocate that we need. 10/10 recommend.

Although there were plenty of things to complement on this visit, there’s one that really matters: My physicality was completely transformed in just one visit. Now granted, when you’re way overdue for some quality massage there’s likely to be some rebound or things to go back to where they were. Surprisingly, I ended up with great relief without follow up massage pain. What I experienced as a bonus to great therapy was a caring, knowledgeable, capable and pleasant therapist. Her work was exceptional and knowledgeable, and she is very genuine and real. Looking very forward to my next visit. She did a really great job!

I've been fortunate to have had 2 massages at Resilient Therapeutics & Massage, in Aberdeen, in the last few months. They were amazing! Through many years, I've had numerous massages and Physical Therapy for a bum shoulder but any pain relief was short lived. With the massages I've had here, my pain level has dropped extensively & relief has lasted much longer! I'm so glad I found such an awesome therapist, and on the Harbor too! I'll be back!
