Harbor Physical Therapy

I cannot say enough positive things about Harbor Physical therapy! Over the last 15 years I’ve seen both PTs Pat and his wife Jill and they are phenomenal. I had years of debilitating back pain that no one could fix and Jill got it turned around and I’ve been pain free for 10 years now. I truly thank God for her. Pat helped me with a badly broken foot which left me unable to use my leg for months. I began in tears and now I’m not only back to normal, the PT got me back into a gym membership in my personal time because the improvement was an awesome motivator! My overall health is tremendously improved with ongoing improvement even after the treatment has been completed. I have been all over the Olympic Peninsula seeking care and I can say undoubtedly they are the best!

I started going here for a back problem, and in a short time I've had a lot of progress. My physical therapist Patrick consistently pushes me to improve, and recognizes when I need to change stance, add exercises, and when to motivate me with positive affirmation and a grin. The staff here are friendly, courteous, and very understanding when it comes to setting realistic goals for each step of the way! They really know what they're doing, and I couldn't be more impressed with their pleasant atmosphere, in-depth insights, and accepting personalities. If you're looking for a physical therapist in the Grays Harbor area but you're afraid that they might push you too hard or not enough to improve steadily, then this is the Goldilocks of physical therapy businesses.

I went to the Shelton office after specifically being told it was in-network with my insurance. I completed three appointments, never received a bill, and then suddenly got a call saying I owed nearly $600 because it turns out they were not in-network after all. Their mistake is now my financial burden. I would have never gone there had I known the truth. I feel completely misled, and it’s unacceptable that they didn’t verify insurance details properly before proceeding with treatment. I will be informing my doctor. I will not support a business that doesn’t take responsibility for such costly errors.

I highly recommend Patrick, who is the owner of Harbor Physical Therapy. Everybody that works there is great. After talking to Patrick for a few minutes, you’ll realize how knowledgeable he is. He always takes time to answer questions. I had a total knee replacement, I truly believe I’m ahead of what’s considered the normal goals for knee replacement by weeks because of him.

I would recommend JENAE and everyone at Harbor Physical Therapy to anyone who has had surgery or an accident. They are very professional and kind. After I had rotator cuff repair surgery, I couldn’t even raise my arm to brush my teeth. They have helped me recover and resume my normal daily life after they patiently lead me through my personalized therapy plan. They are all very positive, cheerful and supportive.
