Overall friendly people, but closed me out too early. I questioned alignment, but ultimately had to get another orthodontist to finish straightening upper teeth (2 more trays to do so). Called to get replacement final bottom retainer, but required to take another impression (costing additional funds outside retainer replacement). Turn & burn office. You can do better elsewhere.

This is such a Beautiful office. Everyone was so helpful and very kind. Dr. Pendell is a great doctor. They all made my daughter feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend🙌🏽🙌🏽 And they play my jam!! 90.1!!!

Very poor i would not ever let them work on one of my animals. Poor manners very rude. They tell you that your child has medical need for braces but sent a completely different report. Not sure if its the man himself or just his rude staff. When we called back it was nothing but rudeness and refusing to let me know what they sent to insurance company. Our dentist is sending a complete set of exrays and his write up of why my child was sent to an ortho. Its medical and is causing problems now. We are beyond furious with this office. Today another ortho said this is very medical and is going to cause damage and already has. So sad

Everyone seemed to be very nice. Was actually surprised at how sweet everyone was after reading reviews about having CareSource. My child has CareSource, they were all very kind. Not one single rude person, bad look or anything! It is clearly explained in the paperwork they give you on the first visit of how CareSource typically handles things. What you can do if denied, etc. How they provide more information than CareSource requires. I think It is truly unfair to judge them by another's (CareSource) actions. Every person my child and I came into contact with, including the doctor himself, were amazing. Not rude in the slightest.
