My son needs his tooth extracted and he is in pain. I offered to pay out of pocket, explained multiple times that we don’t have insurance, and the office refused service anyway. When I asked for help, the response was, ‘there’s nothing I can do, have a good day.’ It’s remarkable how a place that’s supposed to care for patients can make someone feel like they’re asking for the impossible. Truly impressive.”

Every single time I’ve came here it’s been nothing short of an amazing experience. Last year I had my wisdom teeth out and a molar and I was SO AFRAID, I have dental trauma and Dr. Lutchka took such amazing care of me and made me feel at ease. He’s amazing. Yesterday, I had to have a fractured tooth removed as an emergency and they got me right in and I had the same exact experience with Dr. Thatcher. This place is seriously 100/10 for me. Everyone is so nice and respectful. They don’t make you feel stupid for being scared. They’re also quick and make it so simple! Last year I got dry sockets and they weren’t quick to judge or anything and just want to help! I absolutely love this place! ❤️

My husband was referred by his regular dentist for 2 extractions. Appointment was scheduled (or so we thought) for 1:15. My husband suspended taking his blood thinner meds 2 days prior to procedure as instructed. Did not receive a reminder call or text the day before. We called the morning of the procedure and he was not scheduled for that day (or any other day). Also they said the imaginary 1:15 time would not have worked as the extractions must be done in the morning. So he is done there never having set foot in the door. How unorganized can u get? I am really unhappy with the fact that he suspended necessary meds for nothing when he really needs them. He will have the extractions done elsewhere. Thank God.

The best oral surgeon I've ever been to at 44 years of age! I have major anxiety and needed put under for a couple extractions. Dr. Thatcher was amazing! Along with ALL of his staff, forgive me, but I only remember one name, Frankie.. She was so helpful and kind after the surgery, but EVERYONE was pleasant and wonderful!! I will definitely be back if need be! Thank you for making such an unpleasant thing, very pleasant and bareable!
