Outstanding front desk staff . Care providers are really considerate and caring.

Came in for a 4:30 appointment and still wasn’t brought back even at 4:45 so I left. They are always behind schedule.

The positivity, vibes, and atmosphere here are so helpful, and I truly appreciate this aspect as much as the physical help I've received three times in the past 18 months. Thank you for raising the bar of express care. The authenticity of your caring team shines through.

The staff is great!! The ladies are so friendly and helpful. I was in town from California visiting family when i came down with an ear ache. I didn't have insurance but was able to pay out of pocket with no problem. Luckily I ended up here after being rejected from the rude ladies at Geisinger. It was a blessing in disguise. I'm so grateful for Dr. Alli and the nurse Allison who took great care of me and prescribed antibiotics. I'm already feeling better!! Thank you so much!

I was in the area for a work trip and had to get stitches removed. I visited The express care location and the service was AMAZING. Dr. Webster is awesome and the assistant who assisted with removing the stitches was as well. It was a quick in and out visit, and I left there feeling super satisfied with the care I received. We need more people like them in urgent care locations.
