Rite-Away Pharmacy & Medical Supply #3

I have been getting my prescriptions from this Rite-Away for almost 12yrs and they are the BEST!! They always have my prescriptions ready. They call me if there is a problem. The staff is top notch!! All of the staff is kind and very helpful!! The pharmacists are also very kind and always ready to answer questions!! I recommend this pharmacy 100 times!!

They are great with their delivery but I wish they would come before it gets dark outside.

Always have been nothing but good reviews from me, until I was treated horrible by an older lady I never have seen before. I would drive an extra 15 minutes to come to this pharmacy, but not anymore. I kindly asked her to transfer my medication to a different pharmacy that has good rx since they do not take it and she responded rudely. Everyone else is great, but she put a bad taste in my mouth...

This pharmacy has always had my hard to find prescriptions. I found them when other pharmacies in the area didn’t have a medicine I needed, The pharmacist has found coupons for me without my even asking and their prices for prescriptions are usually lower if not the same price as others. They provide incredibly fast service where at bigger pharmacies you have to wait at least an hour (at least). They have free delivery service which I appreciate living in north Austin. All staff members have been incredibly kind to me. I also like to support local businesses and these hardworking people. I wouldn’t normally rate a pharmacy but these guys deserve a shoutout! 😊

The difference in service between Rite Away and Walgreens (right across the street) or CVS (2 blocks or so down the road) is night and day. I was hesitant about switching to such a small pharmacy without the convenience of a drive thru for pickups/drop offs, and rather limited business hours, but after literally my first in person interaction with the staff I was sold. They are the first pharmacy employees that have actually felt like they were providing me healthcare. They put the staff and customer service of Walgreens in particular to shame. I had to deal with finding a pharmacy that stocked a medication that was having severe supply chain issues--after sitting on hold for nearly 45 minutes to speak to my local Walgreens they basically told to kick rocks (call around to every store in t
