If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. The pharmacy is hopelessly understaffed. I have been on hold for 30 minutes because I have a new prescription that needs to be filled and because I don't have the prescription # I can't go through the automatic system. They pick up and say "pharmacy please hold" and leave you on hold endlessly. It's not because the employees are bad, it's because they are so understaffed. Rite Aid, you should probably pay your people better and attract more employees.

Terrible. As other reviews have said they rarely answer the phone, but in the last couple of weeks they literally do not pick up. I was on hold for over 2 hours trying to fill my prescription yesterday only to have the line disconnect abruptly. I tried calling and selecting the “prescribing doctor” option in their menu at this point, only to have a pharmacist answer IMMEDIATELY and say “are you a prescribing doctor?”. I began to answer “No, but I’ve been on hold for over two hours and need this medication today.”, but he hung up the second I started speaking. Since then, I can’t even get through to the hold line, it just rings and rings and then the automated menu starts over. I really think they unplugged their phones. Rite-aid: You need to either hire more people, or just pull the plug

It typically takes about 3 trips to get any of my prescriptions filled. Waiting in line for about 20-30 minutes per trip. There is always some sort of an issue like it’s not ready, they can’t find refills on file (although they are there), someone forgot to put in the request, and etc. Somehow two profiles have been created for me, so every time I come I have extra issues with them trying to find and fill my medications. They do not pick up the phone and if they do, it is after at least 20 minutes on hold. This pharmacy location desperately needs more staff as they all look overworked and exhausted, and the line during busy hours is at times up to 15-20 people deep.

3 days to fill an antibiotic prescription?!? I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone and had to come in to ask in person. I've been coming here happily for 20 years, but the bankruptcy proceedings have destroyed my confidence in Rite-aid. The people who work here are great, at least.

i just spent 32 minutes on hold, only for one of the pharmacy staff to pick up and then immediately hang up. now i'm on my third attempt to call, it's been 20 minutes so far... all for a medication that one of their pharm techs deleted the prescription for, in order to cover up a different mistake he made with it. all three of my medications have been scheduled for different weeks to pickup, so i have to go here three times a month and do the entire hold rigamarole again because the odds are high they're not even ready with it yet. if you have ANY other option, go to different pharmacy, the shortage has gutted this place beyond any functionality whatsoever. if you do go, plan for 20-30 minutes on hold, another 20 in line, and then 10-15 at the actual counter. if i could give zero stars, i
