No idea how anyone could give Risser anything below 4 or 5 stars. They have treated me twice not and have been perfect on everything they have done. Great service, on time, respectful. Easy check in, great staff pre-surgery or procedure. Dr. Meyers was awesome. Quick discharge. Can not ask for anything more. Thank you all.

The Risser Pain Management group, Dr. Jared Myers and his staff, are very knowledgeable when it comes to finding the source of our pain. With facet block injections and an epidural injection these past two months, it relieved my lumbar pain moving forward. I am very happy. Thank you all.

If I could give zero stars I would.If your looking into pain management with this company please just DON’T here’s why, I’m writing this on behalf of my mother who was referred to RISSER Orthopedic for pain management. On her first visit they needed a urine sample which she gave and was told at that time “as soon as the the PA reviews the urine we will get you set up with a prescription.” That’s not what happened, instead she called a week later only for them to tell her that the urine sample wasn’t enough to test. All the while my mom started running low on her meds, and they where fully aware of her meds being low, and still needed another urine sample which she did right after finding out that the first urine sample was no good. Also,if she wouldn’t have called to find out where she was

When I arrived at the office I was pleasantly surprised to see a smiling face. I was seen within 10 min.. The person doing the intake was great and I was then sent for exrays and the young man was pleasant, smiling and engaged me in conversation which was fantastic. Most times at other Ortho Groups the foks look tired, burned out and sad but at Risser everyone was pleasant and professional. I saw Dr. Myers at the Pasadena location and I must say I was very impressed with his knowledge and the care I received. I have no complaints and I am happy to find Risser.

Nice place, friendly staff. Saw Mostofi and he is a really nice doctor. He failed to diagnose my wrist issue though. Had Cortisone shots done with no results and i communicated this to him. My wrist would hurt like a sprained wrist and would crack and pop but he said this was normal but i told him its not normal to me when there was pain involved. Long story short saw another doctor and was diagnosed with a cyst on one of my wrist bones. Wish he would of followed through on my concern and offered another MRI and X ray instead of therapy wich was very painful and did not help.
