Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center

Visited my grandma here last week and the place is very nice and clean! The receptionist Aiden was so sweet and welcoming, and everyone seems so friendly. Her room was big and clean and they have a nice dining room where they hold activities, which my grandma loves! It was so fun to sit with her and watch her play bingo with the other residents. Beverly Drew is an amazing nurse and does well with explaining the things that’s going on with my grandma! 10/10 would recommend!

My mother was is rehab. The staff Rhonda spencer, Beverly Drew. Barbara, marquis pittman, Phil, Karen, david, lucy,poochie and the receptionist staff, even the other clients were extremely nice. A very lively place everyone is moving, activities every day. Nice outdoor area. The staff was attentive and helpful. She was in a room that had a problem I spoke with Rhonda and she was moved immediately. I pray I was as friendly and as kind as they were to me Thank you again. Thank you to the PT and OT staff for all your hard work. It was greatly appreciated.

My sister was here for about a month and she loved the staff here! Marquis and the admissions team were great, and the rehab did her really well. Caitlin was always checking on my sister daily and gave me updates (she even bought her candy when she wanted some😂) Ever since she’s been back home, she has been moving around much better, and I’m glad that this rehab center could help with that.

My mom is presently at Ridgewood,from the time she went thru the front doors there has been the most kind caring staff members,from house keeping,CNAs,nurses and administration. Her room is so clean,when she uses the call bell in her room,someone answers and is eager to meet her needs. Mom has needed all therapy’s. They have been wonderful with her. They begin therapy in her room and move to a very impressive therapy gym!! Mom has not quite felt like attending activities,but it doesn’t keep them from stopping everyday to see if she would like to go! She has had a great experience. We even had the kindest gentleman come in on Sunday(he was so kind)he knocked on the door and asked could he come in and of course we said yes. My concern is the food. My sister is a diabetic and she gets the same food as everyone else which is not healthy for her condition. She is unable to eat all the breads, sweets, and starches and therefore she goes without eating and she is hungry. The family shouldn’t have to bring food in Order for her to eat. We wash her clothes and many of her clothes and items are missing when we look for them. The staff is pleasant and do a good job even though they are short handed.
