Richard Levin DMD

I have gone to Dr Levin for many years and his experience and knowledge I trust explicitly. I even followed him to Albany for all my dental needs I won't go anywhere else that is a testament in itself. It's important to know that my teeth are in the hands of an expert who I can trust. I would highly recommend Dr Levin and his staff to anyone who is interested in a new Dentist.

This place is a total ripoff. They told me they tell me they are Delta Dental providers. They are not. Consult is supposed to be free, says so right on his web page. They put $80 charge on bill. He didn’t do care plan just discussed what he would do and gave me a price of $1000 - $1200. I needed a filling and a partial. I paid $700 and waited for Delta to pay. I get a bill from Dr Levin for almost $2000. Fumed first a few days and then got phone call ( left message) that they billed Delta more to get them to pay more. And how much did Dr Levin tell me cause he doesn’t remember. Next thing I know I have letter from collections in my husbands name. He is not responsible for my dental bill. He signed nothing. Needless to say I’m reporting this to Delta, the BBB and the NYS Office of Pr

I go for Dr. Richard Levin cleanings more than twice per year. I get the most thorough cleaning that I've ever received from any dentist. I also needed a crown replace. The fit is perfect. Very nice people. Highly recommend.

The office (manager) barb .. is a very rude person .. very unprofessional!! A truly rude lady !!! When I tried to talk to the dr about her and her saying very rude messages on my phone ..I will try to post the message she left BTW.. Then she says they don’t excepted my card as payment but when I send in the bill with that card she charges me so I wanted to clear up that issue and he didn’t want to talk about barb??? who was the issue and out of no where he lunged at me !!! Aggressive like he want to grab me ?? But when my hands came up in defense he thought Twice !!! I think his work is Great definitely fair on price and paying but to lunge at a customer Totally unexpected and definitely not professional .. He was my dentist my go to guy .. Did great work and Iv spent close to ten thousan

I've been going to this office since I was a child, prior to Dr. Levin taking over. He and his team is very thorough. He is not a participating provider with my insurance, so I pay the extra to be able to keep going there. I am a very satisfied patient.
