VERY disappointed, after over 30 yrs I can no longer deal with the rudeness and incompetence of his front-desk person. Over the years there's been many issues, him apologizing for her, making excuses. But this last time, I ordered from an on-line site and she wouldn't confirm my prescription. The on-line company sent it out anyway, wrong. She then told the doctor she DID confirm. Well, if she did, which I don't believe, she did it WRONG. He then told me they don't have TIME to inform patients that their prescription is expired. My NEW doctor said I do not have to get an exam every year, but Dr. M forces people to do so. I guess it's all about the money. DON'T GO HERE!
Really great eye doctor. Extremely knowledgeable. Kind. Good sense of humor. Wonderful experience.
Great and caring doctor. I would recommend him, and have, to friends and family.
