Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry

Dr Clark and his assistant Lateshia are positively the absolute best team i have ever seen in my 56 years of dentist visits. I unfortunately had 2 cavities that required for extraction and Dr Clark numbed my mouth without even knowing i had been stuck with a needle. When he came back in the room after a short wait he started poking around and then said ok I got both of them and I said you already pulled them both out and he confirmed that he had and I couldn't believe it i seriously didn't feel one thing and told them that they were definitely the best i had ever seen before I was impressed with them both they should be acknowledged as the best. I would highly recommend both of them for any dental work.

I had such a great experience here! The staff were friendly, caring, and made me feel completely comfortable. The dentist was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. This is my first time coming here and the kindness of the staff was felt. Dr. Clark and his staff was very professional and explain everything to me in detail regarding my care needed. I'm happy I found my new dentist and looking forward to my next appointment.

Due to great reviews and recommendation, I decided to change dentist (closer in proximity) and scheduled a first time appointment with Riccobene. While in the dental chair I was asked a series of questions , one was when was my last x-rays. I could not remember, so they said they would reach out to my dentist and I could wait until they received a callback or a fax. Several minutes later, I was told their system with down and they had to wait for IT to arrive and it would be sometime and they did want me to sit and wait (which was understandable) and they would call me back for updates and reschedule my appointment . Well, I guess their system is still down because it has been 6 weeks without any follow up. This was very disappointing especially for a first time client. I am happy to say

This was my first visit with Riccobene Associates of Knightdale and I walked away a happy person with cleaner teeth after getting my routine cleaning done! Quiana is a very good hygienist and she cleaned my teeth pretty well. The dentist and the staff are friendly and caring. They did not force procedures or products on me. I did not feel rushed either. I cannot wait to come back to get my teeth cleaned again next year! Thank you Riccobene Associates of Knightdale for making my first dental visit with your dental company great!!!
