We were sent to Texas to do a job when covid was pretty bad in Aug. 2020 , then in January my hubby & I was out just driving around looking for me a a car and he started not feeling good I took him to urgent care and he was having a heart attack they called an ambulance and rushed him to main hospital Dr. Garza had done went home for the evening but met the ambulance there rushed my hubby straight back to operating room and did surgery asap and saved my hubby! Of course it being Covid they wouldn’t let me in the hospital told me to stay in car! but when he called me to let me know my hubby was gonna be okay! ( Thank God) I told him I was out in truck worried sick and wasn’t allowed in ( due to Covid) and he got me in to stay the whole time with my honey ! I will forever be thankful and

My Mom is 96 and she loves Dr Garza But his office is ran very poorly, they always make her wait 2 1/2 to 3 hrs before they see her that’s ridiculous they need to schedule better, Our time is Just as important as there’s, We just Ended up walking out and they kept her 40$ Co pay

I've only seen this doctor 1 time and never again! He doesn't listen to his patients he looks like 80 yrs old. I went to see him because I was in the hospital due to pulmonary embolism. He assumed right away it was because I am on Estradiol. I explained to him I've been on Estradiol for 6 yrs. I told him I was diagnosed with Graves disease but he jumped to conclusions stating that it's the estradiol which I honestly don't believe only because I've been getting blood clots since my twenties and thirties even when I was in good shape working out, active work and drinking plenty of water. QUICK SYNOPSIS: •Make sure you don’t have any other appointments scheduled within a 5hr window. FIRST TIMER REVIEW: Appointment was at 10:15am and still sitting in the lobby an hour later. Gentlemen next to me, told me his appointment was at 9 and just got seen at 10:50am. Almost 2 hours after his appointment time. This is completely unacceptable - what’s the point of having an appointment? Gentlemen next to me also informed me that this is very common, and his way around it was to get the earliest appointment (8/8:15am) in order to get out of here by 10-11am AND he brings his work laptop to the waiting room because he knows how this works, but he keeps coming back because Dr. Garza is the best. Very pleasant, patient, and takes his time to explain in layman's term any treatment plan for you. Thanks Dr. Garza for being so kind and caring. Office staff are very pleasant also.
