I am not normally one to write reviews but I feel the outrageous behavior of Rhonda Williams is one to be told. My 14 year old daughter was scheduled to meet with Rhonda twice before actually meeting her but due to some unexpected circumstances of my daughter being put at the juvenile detention center, I had to cancel twice before she was available to see Rhonda. I was so determined to get her to counseling on the first appointment my daughter was available that we forgot to send her packet of documents with her for her first visit. I called Rhonda to explain to her the details of my daughters recent troubles and while in the middle of talking with her she got an attitude and said "I can't counsel your daughter"! and then handed the phone to my grandma who had taken my daughter to her coun
