Very helpful and friendly. Moved to town and they serviced my existing hearing aids. I purchased new hearing aids through them and they were very efficient in the buying process. Definitely recommend them.

Took great care of us even though we are out of network. Dr. May took the time to check on our insurance and was very helpful. An appointment was made quickly for our first visit. When we arrived we were greeted with kindness and we were able to get see Dr. May quickly. Great place to go.

I have had Dr Kelsey May for six years now! Dr May and her staff at Abilene Audiology have been very professional in helping me hear. Anytime that i need help, they are the only place i go. Appointments and even an emergency walk in they have greeted me with a smile an helped me! I recommend Abilene Audiology for all your hearing needs!

First of all , the receptionist. Naomi, was the epitome of the person you’d want behind the counter. Friendly , helpful and made being here feel not so intimidating. The waiting area is incredibly relaxing. Plenty of thought went into its layout . Fun fact : I took home a free gift. I took an Abilene Audiology Co. Shirt for my wife. She loves the heathered grey. Dr. Hamlett was very approachable, intuitive and best of all , he heard & listened to my reason & need for being here. He offered insight into what happens in my ear and why I could find that hearing loss … I must have left it somewhere on the road … I digress … The experience was positive. I felt more secure about wearing a hearing aid. In fact I’m looking forward to it. I look at it like a “ massage “ for my inner ear
