Big Country Medical Spa in Abilene truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and taken care of right away. The front desk receptionist was professional, friendly, and made the check in process smooth and welcoming. The waiting area is comfortable and well-designed, and everything including the bathrooms was spotless and clearly well-maintained. The overall environment immediately gave me confidence in the quality of care they provide. I had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Victoria Wedeking, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. Absolutely recommend Big Country Med Spa for your lip injections! They were reassuring with any concerns and helped ease nerves. While doing the injections they used a vibrating sound tool to help with distraction! Very pleased with the results!
