All encounters have been positive thus far. Staff are approachable, friendly and prompt. They take the time to thoroughly explain paperwork and instructions. My son (patient) has no complaints either ☺️

Some of these reviews are critical of the nurses. However, I only had one incidence of one of the ladies there being snarky. However, not even 30 seconds later, things were calm. Have to remember that folks that are in the healthcare industry are extremely stressed because they have to deal with the general public and not understanding their own health and wasting their time. The orthodontist there is amazing and he is there not only to improve your smile but make you smile as well.

The reception area is...interesting to say the least. They seem to do everything they can to not have to interact with you when you first walk in. When I went to speak to one of them, I basically got scolded by the other lady and told to go sign in at their computer (which I'm sure the keyboard and mouse don't get cleaned very often). The rest of the staff is friendly though. So when I am done with my appointment, since I had my next appointment already scheduled, I go to leave which is when I get hollered at by reception then she curls her pointer finger at me to come back. Not sure what the deal is, but I couldn't appreciate it.

Office is closed on days they scheduled appointments. My daughter had an appointment for 8 AM on a Thursday and we went and the office was closed. We weren't the only ones. I dont appreciate my time being wasted like this. If you're going to change your hours, a phone call to reschedule would be nice.

We were on vacation in Narragansett, several hours from our daughter's orthodontist when she had a bracket come loose and issues with the wire. We called early Monday morning and spoke with Dale. She got us in that morning. The Doctor was wonderful with my daughter and we were in and out in minutes. Their patients are very lucky to have such a great practice.
