Got my first massage from Cam a few weeks ago and it was excellent! I've been doing soft tissue work on my body for years, and in the days and weeks post massage, my body has felt wonderful. Between martial arts and lifting, everything got back to feeling aligned. He paid great attention to the areas I told him were bothersome and provided some great tips on self care afterwards. Really appreciate his attention to detail in the 60mins!

Cam did an outstanding job finding where my body was holding tension, even in places I wasn’t aware of! I highly recommend Cam to anyone whether they are super active or just have chronic pain. My lower back feels so much better already and am super excited to go back to see him sometime!

Cameron is very knowledgeable ( and still continues to learn new info and techniques). He is great at pinpointing exactly where to release muscle tension , even in areas you didn’t realize u needed. I’ve had worsening low back pain and new neck pain . Not only do I feel great EVERY time but it even lasts for weeks after. He gives tips on basic stretches etc to also help. I highly recommend you book with him and once you do , he will be your new favorite massage therapist.

Cam is super knowledgeable and professional! Gave me some great advice on stretches/exercises to keep up with even after the service. He also does a great job with making clients feel comfortable and taken care of!
