If you genuinely care about your child’s health and want your concerns to be taken seriously, do not bring your children here. This office provides the absolute bare minimum care. I repeatedly brought up a serious health concern affecting my daughter’s everyday life, only to have it brushed off and ignored. Instead of investigating further or taking meaningful action, they dismissed it as if it were nothing. As a parent, that is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I constantly find myself taking my kids to walk-in clinics just to actually figure out what’s going on when they’re sick because this office does not properly address their concerns. They either act like they’re going to follow up and never call back, or they simply don’t respond at all. They also never answer their phones

Place is a disgrace. No one EVER answers the phone or gets back to you if you leave messages. One of the new doctors does things half ass and calls it a day. Didn’t do a thorough check on my child so I had to bring her to get a second opinion and good thing I did because what my suspicions were, were correct that her doctor didn’t even want to test her for. Half the people there have a bad attitude. And once again, no one ever answers the phone!!!!!!! I’ve been calling already today for four hours trying to get in touch with someone and still have not been able too. Disgrace.

I have been going here with my son for almost 10 years coming this January, it's sad to say but ever since Dr. Pajela left this clinic everything went to crap, they never answer the phone and never call back, even in the portal they don't message back, I don't understand how they are even open, I'm going to report to Revere health and my insurance as well. For this is very serious and unacceptable since it has to do with kids health. Please don't go here!!! Your better off GMFHC which I don't really like it but at this point I'm just done with this place.

It’s so unfortunate because Rex Pajela was my doctor as a baby till I was 18! My daughter had him when she was born in 2020 then after that it went down hill, she’s had like 3 other doctors. Aside from that, the women in the front office?! Miserable, terrible customer service, attitude, and are not welcoming at all! Let’s talk about how you can’t even get anyone on the phone??? It’s terrible. I’m in the process of switching offices for my daughter and they have yet YET to fax over anything to her new pediatricians office. 0/10 do not recommend. Only reason it has two stars is cus of Rex.

Keep canceling my child’s appointments, no call or information as to why. I’ve called repeatedly over the past few days, one day 18 calls, and no one ever answered. Went in person to schedule to canceled physical, all the staff sitting on their cell phones, still not answering the phones. I complained about trying to get a hold of them, confirmed the phone number, they rebooked my son’s physical, as it’s needed for school, and 2 days later they canceled it again. This office needs to be closed down.
