Branch Street Dental

I first visited Branch St Dental I believe it was four years ago. I had massive anxiety about going to the dentist, to the point I was in tears when doing my initial intake with Dr Sharma. She instantly put me at ease back then. She did some work on my teeth; I then got sick with cancer and then moved out of state. Fast forward to this year, I am now waiting to have a heart procedure done and need a Cardiac Certificate from a dentist, and there are NO dentist in my area (including up to an hour away) that are accepting new patients. So, I called Dr Sharma's office, told I would be in the area this past week for appointments with some of my specialist and could they squeeze me. They of course were super accommodating, and it was wonderful to be back at their office and in Dr Sharma's chair

I normally have a pretty strong gag reflex. He was somehow successful in avoiding it about 95% of the time. That is a feat! Please is was the easiest numbing injection I have had. No pain at all!

Everyone at this office is so friendly and welcoming. I was always so nervous about going to the dentist but Julie is great. She not only does a great job cleaning my teeth, she makes it so I don’t mind coming to the dentist anymore. Dr. Sharma is awesome too. I would highly recommend this practice!!

45 min wait for my appointment, I was told they called the wrong person in before me . First impression not the best. Great tech Amanda taking xrays very personable, Dr Sharma loves dentistry, great at cleaning my teeth.

Do not recommend. Understaffed, unprofessional, condescending. Would give 0 stars if possible. Spent barely any time cleaning/examining teeth. She stated she had to leave early due to her own personal appointment elsewhere. Tried to sell me other services. Terrible experience. Avoid.
