All staff, doctors and hygienists are very friendly and welcoming! I had a new hygienist, Rita — she was amazing. Quick but careful! She made the appointment very comfortable, it was like being with a friend! She listened to what I had to say and followed up with the doctor. Great experience :)

I have been going here for 15+ years. Dr. Upite is absolutely wonderful. I have never felt rushed with any dental work, he always makes sure everything is perfect. Not only is he wonderful, but his staff is as well. The new office manager is such a friendly face to see, and all the dental assistants and dental hygienists just make the visit pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Upite and Dr Pourati for several years and I highly recommend them. They are very patient and professional and fully explain the procedures to be used. Dr. Pourati always called the day after performing surgery to check on me and to ensure that there were no issues. The staff are friendly and effiicent and cheerfully work to accommodate my schedule. I am very pleased with the results.

Last year, I almost left this practice because of the straight up abusive and bullying nature of their prior office manager, Alyssa. I was genuinely concerned & cannot IMAGINE the abuse her office staff may have endured. The way she spoke to people was not normal. I’ve worked in healthcare for many years and I was floored hearing the way baby girl talked to patients, including me. Had to shake myself and ask myself if I was living in an alternate universe a couple times there. You shouldn’t have to put on imaginary boxing gloves going to the dentist 😂💀 (I do hope she found the help she needed though). I gave it another shot after seeing they hired a new officer manager, Mary (I think!!? I’m sorry if I got the name wrong). I absolutely loved my hygienist Katie and the new office manager (
