Valley Dental Care

I have been going to Valley Dental for about 10 years and have had excellent experiences with Dr. Millett and both hygienists, Becky and Beth. They are all very concerned about making you comfortable during cleanings and dental procedures (fillings, crown, etc). The office admin’s have always been very pleasant and helpful handling scheduling, billing and insurance issues. I would highly recommend Valley Dental for new patients.

I've been a patient here for years (after years of trying to find a good dentist). I have never once had less than a 10/10 experience. Every single person I have interacted with at this office is fantastic. I would recommend Dr. Millett to anyone.

As always, the best care. Very friendly staff and dentist. Ling time patient, I could even go somewhere else that could use some of my insurance but will not switch. The best practice around, I've referred friends and family and they all are extremely satisfied. From the front desk, the dental hygienist to Dr. Muillette, all Very professional, friendly and caring. Great care, cannot recommend them enough !

Dentists are not top on my list. I have had some fairly bad experiences in the past (along with a couple of good dentists that unfortunately retired). I was very impressed with everything about this practice from the front desk personnel who actually answer the phone when you call, to my hygienist Beth, and with the Doctor himself. My teeth are in excellent shape, they weren't trying to get me to do anything that isn't necessary, and I have one issue from a past dentist which was discussed thoroughly and I was very happy with the approach to the solution for this issue. I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

This practice has slid into greed, discomfort and apathy in the treatment disabled and anxious patients. Dr. Millett does not lack technical skill, he lacks empathy. That is more dangerous than a bad dentist, is one with apathy towards lifetime patients. Dr. Scannell retiring had an immediate impact, it isn't a good one. My family and I have been patients for 20+ years, a simple misunderstanding caused me to be instantly dismissed from care with no warning. I asked explicitly for Dr. Millett to call me, I received no call, I asked twice while confused and crying. I received a short email. I was unable to even ask for a suggestion of a trauma informed colleague or where to turn for care. For someone with medical anxiety you put your trust in a dentists hands and be treated as disposable?
