Revere Medical - Lunenburg Family Practice

I moved to Fitchburg last May and I was looking for a new primary care doctor as I was no longer happy with my old primary care provider in Worcester. I called Mass Health and they told me Lunenburg Family Practice was in network with my insurance so I gave them a call to ask them some questions before I decided to become a patient there. When I called they were very pleasant, verified all of my insurance information, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction so I decided to book a new patient appointment and give them a try. They were able to book me an appointment only 3 weeks out which I thought was quite prompt. Before I was able to even go to that appointment I fell and had to be hospitalized for a day and get 6 stitches in my forehead which needed to be removed 5 days later

I never leave negative reviews, but after my recent experiences at this office, I feel compelled to share my story. I moved to this area of MA in May and have always had positive experiences with healthcare in the past, but that has certainly not been the case here. I called in May to schedule a physical and discuss some mild health concerns. They told me they were fully booked and would call back when they had availability. I didn’t hear from them until July, and my appointment was scheduled for August. When I arrived on time, I provided my insurance information, and the front desk assured me there would be no issues. However, after waiting 35 minutes in the exam room, a nurse I’d never met walked in, didn’t greet me, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. She just sat down and started scrol

I have always had positive experiences at this office. Every professional, from the front desk, to the lab, to the exam rooms, are welcoming, pleasant, understanding, and truly LISTEN to your concerns. It's nice to find a medical staff that treats you like a person and includes you in your health care decisions and treatments. Very highly recommend Lunenburg Family Practice!

My primary doctor has been amazing. She Takes great interest in me as a senior patient. Listens carefully and is very responsive to my needs. Dr. Sabitino always promptly returns my calls often after hours. The staff at this location has also been excellent. My doctor is fantastic, she's an LPN and I really enjoy how much she listens to me. Unfortunately, this year marks my third and last visit to this practice. The front office worker who usually takes my calls has always been a bit hard to work with, but this last visit was the worst so far. I had 4 phonecalls with her the day before my last visit, claiming I didn't have health insurance/it didn't exist. I called her multiple times and explained everything I could think of to help her understand how to bill it - it's an out of state provider and it's also through my spouse's job, and my spouse has had issues with it being billed as "Insurance of Massachusetts" instead of "Insurance of (other state)", so I tried to be helpful and understanding. She insisted she'd already called my insurance
