They are friendly, fast and easy to get a timely appointment with. They were great with my cat who can be spicy. He was purring the whole time. Also, I believe their prices are fair for veterinary care.

First Choice Veterinary Care in Lunenburg is absolutely my LAST choice for veterinary care, and if you value the lives of your animals, it should be yours too. I brought my ten m/o kitten in to be spayed on a Friday morning, and picked her up that afternoon as instructed. I was told both on the phone and while picking her up that she did great through her surgery and there were no concerns. However, as soon as I got home, I saw that my cat was already bleeding from her incision site. I immediately called concerned and was told I could email a picture for the veterinarian to look at if I felt the need. Obviously, I did so, and the vet was completely dismissive of my concern. Noticed one of mine struggling, investigated online, found out the tests for her suspected condition can be many and expensive. I called it in as an urgent non-emergency. Next day I'm in the office at the end of the day. They investigated, confirmed my suspicion, and instead of hitting me with a barrage of tests they could have easily prescribed, they provided a simple solution that cost under $10 to try. Before leaving I asked about other tests and other possible solutions. They were very patient and openly discussed my various options.
