CVS Pharmacy

CVS gave me medicine in syringes. I had more of the same medicine that had expired. It was still in the original sealed boxes with sealed syringes in them. CVS would not dispose of them for me. The pharmacist even went so far as to claim that CVS does not have a sharps container. At the same time CVS was offering to inject me withe multiple vaccines. CVS clearly has a sharps container. I am sure the worker was caught between corporate procedures and doing the right thing. I blame the corporation, not the poor hourly worker at the counter. They were courteous, but the corporation prevented them from being helpful. Don't spit on my head and tell me it's raining. Do better.

They are constantly making errors on the same medication. I've been shorted. I've had it marked a 7 day supply when it's 5. I've had the pharmacist tell me I'm filling a prescription too early when it was the same time frame as I normally get it and my insurance put it through just fine. She refused to fill it on the correct time frame so I'll be filing a complaint. I've been hung up on, and talked down to. The store itself and the manager are nice but I'm done with the pharmacy.

John , at the Lunenburg Ma CVS has been my favorite since going to this location 2yrs ago ! He’s kind , down to earth and very efficient ! I couldn’t stand going through the drive-thru until he started to work the window ! :) Ty :)
