Hannaford Pharmacy

I will never use this Pharmacy again. I went to this Pharmacy to pick up prescriptions on July 23rd, 2021, and, I have never been treated with such rudeness at a pharmacy. I had spoken with Sue and with Nick at this Pharmacy in the days prior (Nick was really nice) and when I arrived found that they had not filled my prescriptions as I had asked, and, Julie, the pharmacy technician, treated me so disrespectfully. She kept saying that I did not ask for that and I explained to her I had multiple phone calls regarding this in the days prior and she acted so put out and rude. My guess is that this Pharmacy loses a lot of business by Julie treating people so rudely and unkind.

Extremely friendly service and knowledgeable staff. The Pharmacist went above & beyond to help resolve and explain a tricky insurance issue. Though Hannifords is a well-known Company, you get a small-town feel by choosing Hanniford Brothers Pharmacy.

I purchased blackberries late in the day. I looked and all seemed good. The next morning 60% had mold. For your prices you better have better produce than Market Basket! Will never get it from this store.

Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable associates. Acceptable prices, hours and selection. All is good. Understood we still have some supply chain challenges, hence some empty shelves ,but hopefully that will get fixed soon.

I always manage to arrive just as they have closed for lunch. Last week I called and was told the Rx's were ready. When I got there, 2 of 3 were there and I was told to come back tomorrow for the third, which hub was out of. Returned the next eve just before closing and was told the wrong thing was ordered and that I should come back the next day. They did not call me to tell me the wrong thing was ordered. They let me waste a trip. When the pharmacist told me the Rx was not there as promised, he did not make any semblance of an apology.
