Restore Health Rehabilitation Center

My dad has been admitted there for a week, now. I was told he'll have physical therapy every day of the week. So, far he's only had it on Monday and Friday. It only happened on Friday. Because family was there visiting and concerned as to why he hasn't been getting any therapy. Since he's been there all they have him doing is staying in bed. I was there on one occasion. He was completely soiled. I'm talking through his bedding. They have not meeting his needs. He came in there needing physical therapy for strengthening. What little strength he has. Is slowly disappearing. I've also noticed the worker's who bathe, bed bath that is, the patients, and change the bed lines. They also serve the food trays and collect them. When I tell you this place is amazing! It’s clean and the staff is phenomenal. I have to give a special shout out to Sandy Johnson and Diane Estep, the Activity Coordinators and their team. Amazing group of folks to work with and they look after my Auntie. We planned a 100th birthday party for my Aunt and it was a blast thanks to Sandy, Diane and their team. I’m so happy this is my Aunt’s home.

My sister was there. Within hours she was without oxygen. She has a fracture in her spine and 15% lung capacity or less, with RSV. Needless to say, I called and demanded help for her, they didn't answer the button. I took her out, per her request, she didn't feel safe. My advice, keep a close eye on your loved ones.

When my mother required short-term care, we chose this facility, and we’re delighted with our decision. Upon arrival, we met with each department to discuss her care plan. We also had a follow-up meeting to review her exit plan when she was being discharged. The facility provided unwavering support throughout her stay. The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and well-being activities created a conducive environment for her recovery. The staff kept us well-informed, and they were always readily available to address any questions we had. My mother is currently here at the facility, There has been issues with nurses giving her the incorrect medication, she is supposed to be on a salt free diet however this has not be followed. Hopefully things get better as we may have to remove my mom before her recommended time. Will be back with another review in a week or two. This place is horrible. Rita the night supervisor is very disrespectful, rude and has no respect for the elderly. She talks to the residents in an unprofessional way. She should not be allowed to be around any elderly residents. The staff leave you unattended for hours, the nurses do not follow your medication distribution correctly. They do not stock accurate supplies for the residents to provide proper healthcare. The residents are not given baths stated i
