Kids by the Bay Dental

We had an amazing experience at Kids by the Bay Dental! We arrived early since my son was a new patient, fully expecting the usual wait that comes with most doctor or dentist appointments, but that wasn't the case at all. There was little to no wait time, which was such a pleasant surprise. They are extremely quick, organized, and efficient without ever making you feel rushed. Every single staff member was incredibly patient and gentle with my son throughout the entire visit, from his cleaning and exam to the teeth scanning and explaining the treatment plan. They took the time to walk us through everything clearly and made sure both my son and I felt comfortable every step of the way. They are truly phenomenal with children. You can tell this office is designed with kids in mind and that

1st time here with my 2 kids and the office was superb. My kids walked in and knew this place was for them. There was no wait. The hygienist was plesant and gentle with there care. The attending physician was excellent too. I left well educated on my kids future dental care & routine. Highly recommend.

Overall, I really like almost everything about this place—except the front desk experience. At first, I thought it was just me, but then my husband brought our children and left upset after an interaction he didn’t even want to discuss until he calmed down. I understand the importance of stressing punctuality for appointments, but in our case, we were on time and had completed the paperwork in advance, yet still felt rushed during check-in. We get it—time is money—but when 75% of our visits involve less-than-stellar interactions at the front desk, it makes you question whether it’s worth continuing as a customer, even though the actual care and service are top tier. It wasn’t always like this. The tone now feels aggressive and overly rigid. These are children, for goodness’ sake—profession

ALL the staff and assistants were great! They were very nice and helpful in keeping my daughter calm and comfortable with everything they were doing and explained everything to her as they went along showing her each tool they used while cleaning her teeth. The actual dentist who came I after her cleaning to explain to me what would happen at her next appointment to fill a cavity was very nice and explained everything to me so I could understand fully. He was amazing! As was the dentist who did the cleaning herself. The secretaries when we came in and when we left were very very nice! I absolutely love this place and so does my 8 year old daughter! Love love love! 100% THE BEST children’s dentist we’ve been to! I highly recommend Kids By The Bay Dental! Keep up the amazing work!!
