Great customer service and an excellent level of care from start to finish. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which makes every visit feel smooth and comfortable. Both my daughter and I are patients here, and we truly love this practice. You can tell they care about their patients and take the time to make sure you feel heard and supported. Highly recommend!

Best dental experience I’ve had in a very long time. I’m so glad I gave them a chance; everything was to a high and authentic standard: from the receptionist’s greeting, the new patient check-in, the dental hygienist’s cleaning and explanations, and the dentist’s visit. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It was a great experience, the staff is so kind and the Dr. Smart Wiley and her team were very patient with my son Robert. He felt very comfortable and he’s looking forward to having his teeth cleaned. I had a great experience as well. The staff is very professional and the atmosphere was pleasant and I felt good vibes.

Staff is nice, Dr. Long is excellent! She really works hard to make you feel comfortable, the problem is their communication. It is quite easy to reach them to make an appointment, however, it is almost impossible to reach someone for other concerns. I have tried to reach someone in the office regarding pain after a procedure I had almost 2 weeks ago. With questions wondering if the lingering pain was something I should be concerned about I have called several times with no luck. I have left two voicemails and no call back. I even called as if I wanted to make an appointment, but still did not reach the actual office, some sort of service that said they would pass the message on. Haven't received a call back yet. Again, staff and dentist are great, communication AWFUL
