Verily, I set forth to this so-named Urgent Care with hope of relief from my grievous ailment, yet found therein no solace, nor kindness, nor a single drop of wisdom fit for a leech or midwife of repute. The place did smell faintly of despair and disinfectant, and the clerks behind the counter bore the countenance of souls long departed from any sense of duty. I was bade sit upon a chair of such unholy discomfort that mine very spine did protest in agony. Hours passed — aye, hours! — whilst I languished amidst coughing wretches and the lamentations of infants. The attendants moved as sloths bespelled, whispering idle gossip rather than tending to the sickly throng. One nurse, whose face bespoke boredom more than mercy, did thrust a clipboard into mine hands with such disdain that I wonder

Disappointing Experience I visited this urgent care recently, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Upon arrival, we waited about 40 minutes just to check in, which I can understand to a certain extent. However, after being checked in, we were placed in a room and left waiting for over an hour—waiting, waiting, and waiting—for the doctor to come see us. What made it worse was that we could hear the doctor joking around and having unrelated conversations with another patient while we were left sitting there. As a sick person, you don’t want to wait endlessly, especially when you can clearly hear staff prioritizing casual chatter over patient care. It felt completely inconsiderate and unnecessary. This kind of experience at an urgent care—where you expect efficiency and profession

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, and the doctor was cold, dismissive, and showed zero care for patients. I felt ignored and treated like a burden instead of a human being

I would never recommend this place because of the disorganization of the staff and the doctor's arrogance. I had an examination and the doctor did not do his job properly at all. Every time he wrote me a new type of examination in the name of why you didn't get this. I didn't know what to do because the doctor kept yelling at me every time why you didn't get this examination when he didn't even write it down. This happened to me three times. I never, ever want to go back there again

Absolute joke. Waited here for over an hour even though the clinic was empty and when I finally got called in the doctor was extremely rude and yelled at me for asking basic questions like if i need medication. All she did was tell me take Tylenol and stay hydrated (I had vomiting and a fever) which was fine but she got really rude when I asked her if I could get some medication for the vomiting and she yelled no because it would go away on its own. They also charged me $100 because they said my insurance didn’t cover this clinic so for that price I should have went to a different one. Never coming here again.
