Children's Dental FunZone - Reseda

Great place for kids. They take care of my daughter not like other places where they strap your kids and force them down. We had a bad experience in the past at another dentist. But coming here has changed that for my daughter and I. Highly recommend this place. The only down side is staff at the front desk seem to not like their job. They don’t greet you or smile. It’s like a whole different world once you go into the other room where they perform cleaning and etc. They are happy and even if they are wearing a mask you can tell they’re smiling. But thank god the front desk do not work on children’s teeth lol. They also call and text way too much when I already called to confirm the appointment. I don’t need 5-7 calls all week, just one or two is fine please and thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Children’s Dental FunZone in Reseda. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They know how to make children feel comfortable and safe, which is so important. The office is clean, well-organized, and very kid-friendly. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole visit went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for parents looking for excellent dental care for their children!

This place is packed. Wait is very long because of that always. Some dentists are good some are not. In today's visit I took my son because he was having some pain on his gum, after an hour I left with the same questions as I had before coming. Once I got home, I took my phone light and tried looking better inside his mouth without a mirror, he had a cranker sore, the Dr completely missed it even though she had her mirror and bright light. I was able to get better help with AI which told me how to take care of my son's sore. I think in the future I'll take my kids to my regular dentist. It's quicker and I know he's nice. I don't recommend this place. Also, making an appointment is a pain. You talk to people that barely know English which I think are not even at the location. Just avoid thi

Omg, it was our 1st time here. I have 2 kids 5 & 11. The place was super cute Inside. The staff was ALL very friendly, kind, and sweet. They immediately put my kids at ease. They got to sit right next to each other as they got their teeth cleaned, I’ve never been able to experience that I’ve always had to hold my son's hand in one room and leave my daughter alone being that he is the youngest, it was truly an amazing experience. The main dentist was very sweet my son has some work to get done. She made me feel like it wasn’t a big deal and will try to get it done all in one sitting on our next visit. The kids got a cute prize afterward, which was great. They were super happy. I’m glad I found this place.
