Their organization and cleanliness are top-notch - they disinfect beds and change paper covers after each client, ensuring a hygienic environment. What truly sets them apart is their dedication to each client. They work with you for a full hour, providing personalized attention and care. The orthopedic procedures are spot-on, and I firmly believe that if I had started with them initially, I might have avoided surgeries for my rotator cuff tear and carpal tunnel. This is my first physical therapy experience, and I'm very pleased with the facility and staff. The therapist, Jewel, provided excellent and compassionate care. My initial session was highly beneficial and significantly alleviated my discomfort.

I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. What a dump! It was not in the best area. Also, very inexperienced in massage therapy for my preference and just didn't understand English well enough. So, who knows whatever the reason is to not listen to the complaints of your patients. The lady Maria sucked. This place seems app based anyway, so whoever answers the app post and shows up is who you get stuck with. Experienced or not, this place doesn't care who you get stuck with.
