I went in for a root canal a procedure my regular dentist couldn’t perform, and I was immediately impressed. From the front desk staff to the assistants and doctor, everyone treated me with true professionalism. They explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about my well-being. I was so impressed that I decided to switch from the dentist I’d been seeing for over 10 years! I really appreciate how the doctor has such a great relationship with his assistants, the teamwork and positive atmosphere made the whole experience comfortable and even enjoyable. They were gentle, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. I truly recommend this place!

I told the receptionist I just wanted a cleaning for my son, no x-rays. She said she would ask dentist but then they just took my son back without saying anything so I followed him back and she they can’t do a cleaning without x-rays. I said you make us wait a half hour to say this? But she cut me off so we walked out only to hear the other sarcastically tell me Merry Christmas. So pushy and rude

I went to Reseda Dental today and I had Dr. Kim he must be a Sadist because he put me in so much pain he made me cry. Now I should have known better because I had him last week and he put me in pain that time as well. Never again will I have Dr. Kim work on me. I'm sure the dental office is good in every other way except this is one. He kept saying he was adding more novacaine but I don't think he did or I wouldn't have been in so much pain!!!!

The first dentist I went to told me I needed a bone graft and major dental surgeon. They also gave me a very expensive quote for the procedure. At Reseda Dental Group I was given an honest and very different treatment recommendation. They were able to do the work right then and there for a very reasonable cost. The procedure took 15 minutes and was practically painless. I’ll never go anywhere else.

This is hands down the best dentist I've ever been too. I was having major pain in my mouth where all these dentist couldn't figure out how to help me. I end up calling here since I had a good experience here once and Karla answered the phone on there day off and looked over my x rays and knew exactly what was bugging me and set me up for next day appointment right away too take care of the major pain I had in my wisdom . Dr Harmick probably best doctor ever knew exactly what he's talking about and doing . Did the job in 30min and all the pain I had for weeks gone !!! While all these other dentist can't seem to get there head out there behinds . If you looking for a place to go this is the place for you I promise . Don't trust nobody else !! Thank you again !!!!!
