Rude front desk people delay in the appointment waited an hour and then had to cancel the appointment because it wasn’t clear how long more should we wait.
Delay in the appointment and the wait was approximately an hour and twenty minutes. This is how we always go to the examination and wait more than an hour for the doctor to come to perform the examination.
