It is extremely disappointing to have experienced such poor customer service from the inception of arriving to my appointment. My appointment was originally scheduled for 8:15; a reminder was sent asking to arrive at the set appointment time. I arrived at 8:12am and there were no patients waiting just the receptionist at the desk at which time I checked in. After filling out approximately 5 forms I sat and waited for about 30 minutes without any communication. At 845 I went up to the receptionist and asked for a status inquiring on my 8:15 appointment. I was then told that the 815 is time to fill out paperwork which and that they needed to prepare the room and then I will get seen. I was extremely confused as it was a Monday morning and there were no prior patients. I was finally called b

I have this appointment here for about a month, i have pain in my hands of course,. This staff member calls me to cancel because I do not have a PCP assigned. This was 2 days before my appointment. No chance to set one, they just cancelled and she was rude on top of it. Lady, I have appointments because I am in pain. Thanks for the compassion. So I get the PCP set and I call back and I ask if I can get my appointment back, it’s a no. The staff member goes on and says it's my fault for picking the insurance I have. So, she works at a medical office in the USA, think about it… do you know how much I make, or the options my employer gave me, or what I can afford, or the job I got and the insurance they pushed on us. Horrible Communication. My wife had a 12:15 PM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to fill out all the necessary paperwork, which in itself was overkill. Asked the lady attending the front desk at 12:30 PM, how much longer and she said she would check, and get back with us. She never did, so we left at 12:46 PM. Place really needs to work on their customer service.

A great experience starting with the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly all the staff was really nice and professional. Dr Pecha was very courteous and made conversation while running his test. They made my experience great.

Staff was misinformed and caused 1/2 day of missed work unnecessarily. As an active duty service member with tri-care prime, they tried to charge me a co-pay. After I had tricare/Humana call them directly to clear it up their only response was a half hearted “my bad.” No apology, no attempt to reschedule, nothing.
