I highly recommend Jeff Eng at Regain Performance Physical Therapy. I worked with Jeff after tearing my ACL - for prehab before surgery, after reconstruction, and after a second surgery to remove scar tissue. ACL recoveries are notoriously fraught and mine was no exception. Jeff was an exceptional therapist and coach for the year we worked together and through every phase of recovery. Jeff has 3 qualities that make him a rare physical therapist: 1) He tailors recovery and treatment to the patient 2) He is a true coach, one who can get the best outcomes out of his patients and 3) He makes the sessions fun. I have no hesitations recommending him to treat injuries or maximize physical performance and am very grateful to have worked with him.

Hi, Im Ted, Im in Aikido, crossfit and fitness19. Doing back squat with 135lbs I pulled my groin muscle, for which i needed the physical therapy. I was limping and it was hurting to walk, run, and even turn in my sleep. I tried aspirin and ice pack and found it was not helping.
