This dentist has traumatized me. Now every time I go to the dentist, I nearly have a panic attack. That was 10 years ago 🙃 still to this day, I get bad anxiety. Go to Higginbotham Family Dentistry in Memphis on Wheelis Drive, they will take great care of you. They understood my anxiety and made the process smooth.

Absolutely terrible. When I saw this dentist I was in pain the entire time. Now 6 years later they have decided I owe them $600.00, without ever sending me the first bill. They’ve now sent it to collections. But the business either doesn’t have a working number, or is closed. I no longer have the insurance, or credit card I used to pay for things there. Would not recommend ANYONE to use this facility. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I changed insurnace companies and I told the women across the phone and she was nothing but rude to me awful service I had an appointment the next day. The women then tells me are you coming to your appointment or not

Never been so irritated in my life. I was crawling away from this woman. She was flossing my gums !! My GUMS
