The worst thing I could ever do is call their office at any time of the day and they put you on hold for 15 minutes at a time.(with no answer) I suggest more front desk workers. Or a representative office to take over. It’s ridiculous!!! I only come for 1 thing and can’t get a question answered cause all they care about is putting you on hold.

My daughter is 6 months old. She received shot yesterday May 21st, 2025. Overall the experience was great. I went to the desk to retrieve my daughter’s shot record. The two women at the desk were talking instead of working. One was checking in another client. The other wasn’t doing anything. I told the one with the paper she was checking in, “I need my daughter’s shot record.” They proceed on talking about someone throwing another under the bus. This is very unprofessional and I didn’t get my daughter’s shot record. I had to take an extended past an hour because of the 30 mintue wait in the lobby. Then to wait in the back and the women at the desk not doing their jobs. I needed her shot record for daycare. Great place to go to. People need to do the jobs they are hired for.

My daughter was seen 2 days ago at this clinic. The NP NEVER sent her prescription in to the pharmacy! The next day I called them 5 times and eventually spoke to a nurse that stated she would “send a message to the NP.” I gave it a few hours with no call back so I called them yet again and was told, “the Nurse said she sent the NP a message and she will check it before she leaves the office.” Now it’s 5:30 PM, Walgreens does not have her prescription and they’re closed. I’m taking my daughter to Urgent Care because she’s running a very high fever! I do NOT recommend this Dr for your child!!

My family and I have been patients at this clinic for years. We never have to wait very long in the awaiting room. The front desk ladies are always happy and kind at check in. The nurses are always nice. And the nurse practitioners that we see are always attentive. They are smart and friendly and professional. We especially love Mrs. Connie. She really listens and genuinely wants to help you.
