Very friendly and great with my autistic son! The nursing staff were all amazing and spoke to my son and not only to me. The front desk ladies were very helpful and very kind to us being new to town. Thank you for a great experience.

The dentist is amazing. He has over 40 years of experience and you can definitely tell. I had two difficult extractions that needed to be performed. I had seen two other dentists that recommended an oral surgeon because of the tooth decay. The dentist was able to remove both teeth with only minor pain. He is very skilled and a true professional. His dental hygienist is also very good. She is organized, knowledgeable and professional. I believe they are a very good team.

Waited 15 mins . While employees talked and wandered around. Then told only way to get dental appointment was to call.day of and see if opening available. I was in need of an extraction asap . No help! no recommendations ! Hate it for people who have no where else to go.

This place needs to be shut down. The customer service is horrible. They will sit behind the glass laughing, talking, and eating while not attending to anyone waiting. You need to make sure to take off the entire day if you need any thing done. You will be there a good 3 hours no matter if you are a walk in or make an appointment. If you call about any questions you may have they give nothing but attitude. They really need to clean house because the people currently employed do not care about their patients. If I could rate it no stars I would. Good luck if you are really in need of help because this is not the place to care.

Slow service and I have custody of my brother and brother in law both of them have been there before WITH me! We went to take them to the dentist today and they said I needed custody papers so I went and got the ones I had in the car bc the finalized ones were at home. They said I couldn't use them.The dental assistant was rude and wouldn't even talk to me. She stood on the other side of the room and rolled her eyes and the receptionist had to keep walking back and forth relaying what she was saying. It was ridiculous and they were very unprofessional and kept saying they couldn't do a major procedure without proper paper work. I said they are getting a freaking cleaning! Anyway Fayette county health department is much nicer and I will be rescheduling my appointment with them !
