Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Covington - TN

Scheduling my appointment was easy. Arrival/check-in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and efficient. My D.O.T. physical exam was completed and I was out the door in less than hour. Overall great experience. They make this process as simple as it should be at any medical clinic. Fast Pace does it better than any other clinic I've ever been to for a D.O.T. exam.

I was seen fast, the staff was professional, and they actually listened to my concerns and explained everything to me clearly. Clean facility and efficient care. Got a DOT Physical here. While their telephone system kinda stinks, once you get there, everything is great. Employees work their tails off and providers are down-to-earth. Excellent experience!

The doctor I saw was awesome, deepite just having delt with a bad patient before me. Ahe took her time and didn't make me feel like a number. She was very kind, she listened and ever noticed an additional issue visually and treated it too. Best experience in a long long time!

I walked in and waited very short amoun of time beforeI was initially seen by a nurse who was very friendly and professional. I was having uti symptoms and she was very empathetic. She quickly asked for a specimen and then I was seen by the Doctor who was also very friendly and empathetic. In and out within one hour. Certainly came to my rescue and I could finish my travel.
