I had a soft cleft palette repair when I was 14 and I went to sahlaney to get braces. It was a slow process but worth it. The people there were the sweetest ones ever and very kind to me when I needed the braces. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is truly a hidden gem! I take my son to the Altoona office for treatment. We’ve been here before but weren’t quite ready to jump into braces at the time. When we finally decided to move forward, the team was incredibly understanding and supportive—it really made a difference! The provider and staff were not only kind but also super knowledgeable, which helped me feel very informed about our options. Plus, the payment options are fantastic! I’m so glad we chose this office over others in the area.

Dr. Sahlaney was fantastic to work with from day 1. I had a unique case and needed surgery in Pittsburgh, but Dr. Sahlaney had constant communication with my surgeon and collaboratively created a plan. Whenever I had an emergency, Dr. Sahlaney was quick to respond. He treated me like family, and his staff was always warm and welcoming. Between him, his staff, and my surgeon, I now have the perfect smile. I would never recommend anywhere else!

This office is so amazing to work with. They go above and beyond any expectations that I ever had from an orthodontist office. From the very first day Dr. Sahlaney has made my daughter feel comfortable and that means a lot for her to have trust in him. I honestly can't say enough great things about Dr. Sahlaney, especially for him helping us out with an emergency after hours. That really means so much!

Dr. Reed and Dr. Sahlaney are absolutely awesome orthodontists. The staff is very competent and efficient. Myself and my kids have enjoyed excellent care here. I would highly recommend this practice.
