We started taking my son here when he was a newborn starting when he was just 3 days old. Our initial experience with his provider, Lana, was wonderful. She’s very thorough, professional, and compassionate. No question is off limits and she never made me feel crazy for asking anything, which is so meaningful as a first time mom. Our problems began when Lana went out on maternity leave, and we started seeing Aliya Mattell. She was very nice, and the first time we saw her wasn’t an issue. She was gentle with my baby and examined him. I told her about his history (a tongue, lip, cheek tie..which he had revised when he was 5 weeks old, and they knew about as they referred us to the dentist who did the revision). I had asked about a rash my son had that looked like eczema, she told me not to w

Receptionists all have attitude. We really liked Lana but can’t handle the attitude every time we call to make an appt. We saw the NP Aliya there and she shrugged us off when my son had RSV and was wheezing. She couldn’t have cared less. We did appreciate them accepting us despite vaccination status. Moving on to a better pedi! Also super dirty office, they very obviously never clean.

Ok so i absolutely love the pediatricians here! Very kinda and not super pushy about anything. I just have to take a star off for the woman at the front desk. We have been here for a few visits and every single time she has been extremely short and rude. Even on the phone when you call them, super short, rude, not helpful, major attitude. It wouldn’t stop me from choosing this place for my son, but whew. Hopefully she retires or leaves because I brace myself every time we have to call or go in.

I bring my 3.5 and almost 1 year old here and absolutely love all the staff! Everyone is so friendly and sweet. Wait times are usually pretty close to normal, as every doctors office is never exactly on time. We have never felt pressured or dismissed by anyone. I have been blessed to not have to go in for more than 1 sick visit with my boys, but the 1 time I did, they were awesome about squeezing us in and addressing concerns appropriately. I would recommend Raynham-Tauntin Pediatrics over and over again. We love it here!!

I have been bringing both of my children here for almost 4 years. The entire staff is extremely kind! Any time we have visited whether for annual visits, or sick visits I have felt as though my questions and concerns were very well addressed. This is a wonderful practice.
