Rapid Med Urgent Care

I have been here a few times in the past year and I wanted to share what a positive experience it was each time. This team is compassionate, professional and cares about your well-being and taking care of patients in a timely manner. I saw the wonderful Christine, who eased my fears about what I had/and did not have. She has the most amazing customer service ethic; also great: Whitney, Bijal and helpful ladies at check-in and out: Blanca and Amber. No one wants to feel sick, but a visit to this facility is a quick way to get to the bottom of what's wrong, get appropriate meds, and feel welcomed and well taken care of. Great job staff at Flower Mound Rapid Med!

This was my first time going to Rapid Med. I have heard fabulous things about this location from a friend. It was even better than she explained. The quality of the customer service from walking in the door was second to none. The front desk staff, the nurse and the PA, were amazing, comforting and knowledgeable. The ease of being seen and diagnosed was a fabulous experience. I now understand why people are going away from scheduling regular doc appts, and going to Rapid Med Highland Village!!!

I’ve always had a positive experience at Rapid Med HV. It’s hard to see my actually provider on short notice b/c she’s so busy, so I go to Rapid Med for acute visits for my whole family. We rarely have to wait long to be seen, the providers friendly, and listen to me & treat with appropriate medications. Thankful to have them nearby, and for their care.

I had been with fever for 2 days and wasn’t getting better, so I did an online scheduling for the next morning. I was able to complete the paperwork online and the check-in to see doctor time was very reasonable The staff was pleasant and professional. The doctor was actively listening to my concerns and made a great plan for getting me on track again. I feel well now, and on the day she believed I would be back in action. Refreshing to get insightful care. It was worth driving the extra distance to get good quality care. I will keep their number handy. Thank you

Excellent staff excellent service will be going there full-time all the time. Dr. Eric is amazing I about cut my finger off with a mandolin. He was able to take care of. It absolutely will be bringing my entire family here moving forward.
