Fortitude Performance Physical Therapy

I have seen Zach as a patient and he is a phenomenal physical therapist! I felt a huge improvement after literally one session with him. Additionally, both of my kids are young athletes and they have done youth training sessions with him and he was wonderful with teaching them proper mechanics in building strength, speed, and conditioning. He’s the total package and you won’t regret signing up with him!

We’ve had such a great experience at Fortitude! Our 8 and 10 year old have been doing a strength training program, and Dr. Zach has been amazing with them. He’s patient, encouraging, and really knows how to explain things in a way kids understand. They feel confident, safe, and excited to go each week. We’re so grateful to have found a place that focuses on proper form, building healthy habits, and making it fun. Highly recommend!

For a young athlete nothing is more important than solid strength and conditioning. Zach is a master at making 'boring' strength work fun and engaging. He focuses heavily on proper mechanics, pushing young athletes to improve explosiveness. Zach is not only extremely knowledgeable, but very personable. We highly recommend him for any athlete looking to recover from an infury or just to gain a competitive edge.

Finding the right environment for a young athlete can be a game changer, and this youth strength and conditioning class was it for my son.  Zach is incredibly encouraging and provides  high-energy sessions that are fun while maintaining a strict focus on safety and discipline. My child has not only seen measurable improvements in their speed and agility on the field, but has also gained a massive boost in personal confidence.

Zach has worked on all 3 of my sons that are athletes. He’s amazing at getting to the root of the problem and getting them back in tip top shape in no time. His athletic training programs have really helped my son improve his speed, strength, and agility. My husband has also been a patient of Zach’s. His knowledge of the human body is impressive and we trust him completely with any ailments we have.
