When I asked what happens to that money after insurance pays, they said it would only be credited for future services. I only needed an allergy test, so that credit would have been useless—and the money would have gone straight into their pocket. To make matters worse, they would have billed me anyway because my insurance does not accept them, even though their website claims they do. This is misleading and unfair to patients. I went to Aspire Allergy in Flower Mound a month ago. I was told, upon arrival that I would have to pay $100 out of pocket for a cat scan. I asked if they ran it by my insurance and was told I have to pay it. So, I paid it. The results shows that I have a deviated septum and some other issue that can be fixed with surgery. I told them that I wanted to have the surgery but needed the. To run it by insurance first. They tried to pressure me into making a surgery appointment even before getting insurance approval. They said someone would co tact me. Two weeks went by and no one did. I called the office and the person said they are waiting for a doctor to review my scan results and gave me a number to call. It has been a month and STILL no one has called. This company is a scam. 100% would not

The whole process was pretty easy after setting an appointment. I came in and got allergy tested and they walked me through pricing for different types of immunotherapy. After I decided on getting the weekly shots, I scheduled my next appointment and receive my first dose of immunotherapy. It was super quick and easy! All the staff are very nice!
