The staff here are very rude, one lady acts like it kills her to have to get out of her chair. Wouldn’t let me order my new contacts like I haven’t worn them for 15 years. I would t recommend this place.

Requested to wait in car with elderly parent to avoid sitting in waiting room with others. Receptionist was not accomadating - even when I offered to come in and register. Once inside the receptionist did not require any paperwork to be completed. Could have easily called the car when they were ready to see us. My parent has difficulty complying with proper mask use and I felt like they asked us to take an unnecessary risk that could easily have been avoided.

I went to ask about an issue with my bifocal lens glasses, the receptionist told me, "You probably have diabetes." I went and immediately got bloodwork processed and I do NOT HAVE DIABETES. I left angry due to 1) since when does a receptionist come out of pocket with a diagnosis and 2) she acted like I was trying to get free glasses. So I tell everyone I can about the terrible experience I received And I hope no one else is treated like that but I'm sure they will continue with receptionist diagnosis.

This place was very nice and treated me like i was a person not just a patient. They explained everything and were very friendly.

It's been 7 weeks since my daughters appointment and her glasses are still NOT ready.
